Hi,
Any help please. My credit charge was charged for the November 4GB promo but the SIM does not work. I need a PIN for it, the one I selected doesn't work, meanwhile, I can't log into my account because it says I do not exist. I have emailed 3 times and NO ONE has got back to me!

Answers to these would be helpful:
1. Are you sure the phone is unlocked? What message do you see on the phone with the PM SIM installed; No Service, No SIM, Public Mobile, Enter Code],etc.?
2. Phone make/model? Where did you get it?
3. Try the PM SIM in a known unlocked phone, and an known active SIM in yours.
