Why am I still getting charged on my card when I cancelled my subscription and removed my card

Ok, so you turned off auto subscription and you contacted CS and requested to remove the credit card from their file?

If so, contact a CS Agent again at the link below.

how did you remove your credit card?  The only way to remove the credit card is to ask PM support to help removing it, did you message them and ask for it?

If you have not, please login My Account, go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed" to disable Autopay so PM won't charge you again

If you did disable Autopay yourself or asked PM support to remove the credit card, please message support for further investigation

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
