Hi I have recently joined Public Mobile a month ago, and I was wondering when I checked my statements I got charged 11 times on March 13, 2022. Why is that?

You must have click on Make a Payment multiple times.

Hi @JL9 , true, that's would be $400.  Very pricey service.

Did you get charged the price of your plan 13 times? so if it was 25 you got close to 400 charged after tax? An agent can definitely help you rectify this and refund you. I would usually recommend it leaving it and letting it cover your upcoming renewals but that is with 1 or 2 extra charges, if you have 12 they can definitely assist you with that.

Hi @colleenvabustan was March 13 the activation day?  you might got error during activation and you went back and tried multiple times.  

 

Please open ticket with PM CS Agent to sort that outopen a ticket with Chatbot at: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

    After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
