Hello, am I able to switch subscriptions on my renewal date? It says payment was taken April 17 but I don't see it charged on my card yet. But if I change subscriptions now, would I get double charged?

@juanitapeng I would not change it on the renewal date. The best time is any time before the renewal date and select "change on renewal" then instead of "change now" since there's no pro-rating for unused portions of a plan. Initiating a change on the actual renewal date could confuse the system if it's already in progress.

We as a community always recommend changing your plans on the renewal date to avoid any extra charges. When you do that, please take a screenshot as proof of change for your records. It's been reported that changes made have not gone through. Proof of this will help your case if the change does not happen.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
