review port details with new provider...but make sure to NOT cancel your PM acct. It'll deactivate once you successfully port to new provider.

hi @Marietalexandre you start the process with the new carrier
But make sure yoyr PM Account is active, and login My Account or app to get the account number
give the phone number and account number to your new carrier
PM will send you a text about the port and you need to reply within 90 mins

@Marietalexandre Then make sure your PM account is active leaving the PM sim in phone ,then start the porting with new provider , you will get text from PM to confirm you want to port out reply YES to the text and once you have e successfully ported number out it will automatically close your PM account . That’s it
