Changing plans

I want to change plans to get more data but the only option on my account is to get a lesser plan with less data.

That's odd never seen that issue before. Are you trying to change your plan on a mobile browser? If you are,  try on a desktop/laptop.

@Dballard   First clear browser cache/cookies and use incognito mode to login.  Then when you select Change Plans, you have to click the arrows (down) located on the right hand side of the page on desktop or at the bottom of page if on another device.  The plans will scroll in order of price and you are advised to select Change at Next Renewal as PM doesn't prorate otherwise Change Now option will start a new cycle immediately and you will have to pay for the full amount of the new plan too.

Clear your browser. Use secrets / incognito mode to login. Then use the little yellow arrows either at the side or the bottom of your screen to scroll up and down between plans. Be sure to note the 3G or 4G speed of each plan as they are not separated into separate columns and then schedule a change plan on next renewal once you find the plan you want to change to.
