So i want to change me plan after I dont need the Canada-US-Mexico anymore but in my account I don't see any only Canada-wide plans like the one I used before.

It can be difficult to downgrade. The faster way is to port out to another carrier and port back in to PM at a cheaper plan. Good luck.

Try what we, as customers like you, call a gradual downgrade. Open the app on your phone, go to Change Subscription, see what offers are there that are lower than you're paying now and feel that would be OK as your first step down. Next cycle, do the same thing, see what's available that's lower and is acceptable to you and change to that. NOW, this is the important part... set it to change for renewal, not right away. You will lose money that way. RENEWAL ONLY. 🙂

@Elena2 Sorry we can only change to the plans we see in our accounts despite what we see in the website . And when we change plans it’s not always guarantee we can get our old plan back . So unfortunately you can only choose from the targeted offers you see in your account to change to . Also be sure to use the change in next renewal option and not immediately if you do decide to change plan so you don’t lose $ on your current cycle as PM is pre paid and no pro rating for unused time
