Changing caller id name

I joined with a new phone number.  But my friends said they see a business name when I called them.  I cannot find where to update the name to my own. please help

PM does not pass the name on Caller ID, only the phone number

The reason your friends seeing a  name display because the phones using some Caller ID lookup services.  You have to contact  those caller id services and ask them to update to your name.

If your friend using Samsung, the name lookup was done by Hiya service ( https://www.hiya.com/products-smart-call ).  There are also other different lookup providers like that.  But you can start with Hiya,  contact them and ask them to update their database:

@Seeiy  Sorry public mobile only has number display not caller id name , so only your friends that have you in their phones as contact will see your name / business when you call them
