Hello, I’ve changed my plan but my $8 rewards savings was not transferred over. I asked before doing so and had 2 answers saying it would. How do I fix this please?

You will not lose your legacy Rewards or be forced onto Points if you change your plan. I've done it myself on one account, got new plan, kept old Rewards. I understand your apprehensions because those of us who still have legacy Rewards guard them carefully.
Rewards/Points, Add-ons, Promos, gifts, available funds, SIMID/IMSI, phone number, and credit card (if any) are all attached to the account. You can change your plan with any of these things being affected.

@Karlina: Yes changing plans don't do anything to rewards and you'll keep receiving them.
