Changing payment information and getting that message: notAbleToProcessRequest

I have a new VISA card and when I enter the information, I keep getting that information: notAbleToProcessRequest

I use my card for other payment elsewhere without any issues.

The Public Mobile website is known to have cache issues. Go into your browser settings, enter Cache. Clear the entire cache (lifetime) and then close and restart the browser. Then go to the top into settings or the 3 dots and choose Incognito mode. Try to log back in again and try your credit card again. This should resolve it. If it doesn't, then you may need to wait 24 hours if you've tried too many times.

wait an hour and try again using both browser with Incognito mode or App (probably log off first if the app still logged in)

if you get the same error, please wait a full 24 hours first and then try (or wait longer if the renewal date is not up yet)
