Changing email

I have gone into edit profile to change my email, but there does not seem to be an option for it. Is this something that I can do?

HI @AdamDio   Yes, you are correct, there is no option to make the change  😞

 

But you can have PM Support to change for you .  Please open ticket by clicking 

on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Change username
  2. Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"  (yes, you still pick this choice, this is the closest one)
  3. Click "Contact Us"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@AdamDio  two different sections to change email.

 

1- Community Forum account (where you're Posting now). Click your badge top right then select my settings to change your email.

 

2- To change your self serve email. Where you make payments look at your overview page, add-ons , etc you need to contact support as they are the only ones that can change it. Click link below to contact them.

and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address,4-digit PIN to speed up authentication
