I can't change my current cell package, I keep getting an error message and sent back to sign in

@Katiekins You're trying to change plans? Make sure you're clearing browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode before retrying. Also advised to Change at Next Renewal option as PM doesn't offer refunds for unused features if you opt to change your plan immediately.

Try clearing the cache and cookie then go in incognito on your browser before login to you account.

Please try using a different browser or use Incognito mode or use Clear cache and try again
