Changing account emails

For both my PM phone account, and my PM community account, is it possible to update your email address?

 

I'd like to change the email address associated with both. I think email address is the actual log in for the PM phone account as well. 

 

I started a ticket once or twice for this, but haven't received any emails back and wanted to confirm..

You can change your community email by logging into community account and  click on your avatar on the top right hand corner them my settings.

To change your self serve account email, you will need to submit a ticket to a CSA.

@samcat  it's easy to update on Community .  You can update via My Settings when you click on the Avatar on the top right or via this directly link

For My Account, you have to open a ticket with PM CS Agent and have them to help update it.

 

And yes, you should update both to have them have the same email address for the Community Reward to apply

 

To open ticket with PM:

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
