Changing public mobile phone number

I've seen other community postings about this but just going to ask so I can confirm the latest answer. I currently have public mobile phone number.

- Where can I find the full changing phone number policy?

- I've read that you can change it 4 times in 1 month, but I think I've also read in the past that you can only change it once every certain number of days. Is it possible to change my phone number for a few weeks but then change it back to my old number after if I change my mind? What is the likelihood of my phone number still being available?

- Is there anything to be aware of/ any problems or errors that might come up to change a number or change back?

- Does public mobile allow you to input 7 digit phone number to check availability, or does it list options only?

No you can't bring back old number when you did changing,

Changing Your Number,

You can change your phone number up to 4 times every 30 days after you’ve activated. To change, go to your Self Serve Account here link, and:

• Select the “Plans and Add ons” tab
• Click on “Change Phone Number”
• Then, you can choose to select a new phone number or to transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider.

You cannot enter 7 digit number and check availability that way.  They give you 5 or 6 choices and you pick from there.   If you don't like them, change city and change back to the city you want and they will give you another set of numbers

4 times every 30 days.  You CANNOT change back to original number if you don't like the new one
