hi All,
I want to change plans. My current plan is $120/90 days and the new one is $150/90 days.
I have paid up to April 5th, so the increase should be about $20 to cover the 2 months of the changed plan portion.
When I hit Top up My Account, it wants to charge me $150+ tax.
Am I doing something wrong??

As @will13am mentioned: Doing a future dated plan change on your renewal date is likely the most cost effective way.
I assume you are going for more data? Be aware that any remaining data (and technically the unused parts of talk and text) on your current plan will be lost if you do an immediate plan change.
If it would be me I would use the current plan until renewal or my data runs out, whichever comes first. If you run out of data on say March 24 you can alwas do an immediate plan change then. Hope that makes sense?

@LA1, you are not doing anything wrong. This prepaid service does not offer refunds. So, if you want a plan change to take effect immediately, the previous paid up period is lost with no refund. The other option is to select the new plan and future date it to take place at renewal time. These are your two choices.
