I recently joined Public Mobile with the $25 promotion plan on my Iphone SE. However, I cannot get my data to work. I tried searching for answers online, most solution points towards manually inputting APN in to the phone with MMSC info. I do not see an area where I can input MMSC/proxy info my phone settings. I am not sure what to do. My phone was purchased from Apple directly and should not be locked to any providers. Please advise what I should do. Thanks

Hi Koyabtx thanks for the tips. I have exhausted all the possible solutions and the only thing that got my data to work was to restore my phone as new. 😕

You could try hitting the "reset settings" in the cellular network apn setting to see if that will do anything. Normally, just that apn address will connect the iPhone to the internet (as this is the same setting I have on my iPhone 😎
Have you tried the infamous turning the phone off and back on? Also, when you're not on wi-fi, does your phone say 3G or LTE? If it does, when you try to load up something on your browser, what does it say?

Hi Robert. Thanks for the quick response. The link you provided mentioned the following. "You can only edit or view your APN on your iPhone and iPad if your carrier allows it. If you can't modify your APN settings, contact your carrier."... I see the following image when I go to my cellular network.. Neither allows me to edit my apn settings. Is this something public mobile have to help me with? (As stated on the apple support site)
