Hi guys,
Yesterday I received a notification for my billing cycle - I went online to change my plan from 3 + 3GB BONUS at 3G Speed /90 days to the Special Offer! $40 for 4.5 GB + 500 MB AutoPay Bonus.
It seems as it did not go through. The website is telling me that I can't change my plan until August, but I want to move to this plan instead. Is there any way I can get my current plan cancelled and activate the new plan?

Thanks for the responses guys. I'll go to the Mod team first and if that is not resolved through them, I'll see what I can do on my own end.

@zwu, if you are currently in the middle of your 90-day plan, AND you wish to change it now, you will lose all value of the remaining 90-day plan, and will need to pay the full cost of the new plan.
If you wish to change on your renewal date, you can lock-it-in now by choosing 'change on next renewal', and it will not cost you more than the full price after completing your current 90-day plan.

First your account available funds must be $40 dollars or more, otherwise you can't change plan immediately. Actually this is two steps for change plan: make sure available funds can cover the plan cost you're going to change, if not, you need top up first. After top up you can change the plan.

@zwu Click on payment details and make sure you don't have another plan change scheduled to take place on your renewal date. If yes, then you need to delete it before setting up a new one.

@zwu Now that your account already renewed, only moderators can change your plan to new one. You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will get in touch with you shortly.
