Hi
I am trying to change the current credit to another but you don't permit this

@Alan3 If only the card info needs to be changed not the billing address its best just to use "replace" card rather than "remove" card. As always when making any changes in your account. Clear your browser, use secret/incognito mode in firefox, chrome or safari to avoid error messages.

FYI:
Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statment.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.

Leave the apartment# or suite blank in payment info.

What the notification popup to you? Maybe missing any digit of credit card number?

@Alan3 delete the current card and then add the new one. Here's a self help article on how to do it https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/pay-for-your-services-online

Are you receiving an error?? What's happening?? Leave apartment section blank.
Or are you not sure where to change your card?
To change card. Log into your account. Click Payment at top...then manage my card at bottom left.

Have you tried logging into your account and select the Payment tab, then select manage my card (need to scroll down page), from there you should be able to replace or add a new CC.
What problems have you encountered?

@Alan3 It is permitted.
