My account has been suspended because the rate went up by $1 and Public Mobile did not have the expiry date on my new credit card. Now I can't make the payment or upgrade my credit card info. The "Payment" option on the PM website does not allow for either of these, as my account is blocked. What do I do?

@Talkinghead sorry to hear about your trouble.
Since this his is an account related issue, you will have to send a private message to @CS_Agent explaining your issue and providing your account number and phone number and they will be able to help you out.

Try using a voucher, can be found at most gas station or send PM to Mod team they'll be able to help you out.
