I changed my 6GB 90 days plan to the 12GB one a week ago and I clicked chaged on next renewal (which is Nov 8th). I just logged into my account but still seeing I am on the old 6GB plan. The plan change was submitted successfully as I was still able to see the up comming change on my plan details the day before the renewal. Could anyone help me to resolve this issue?

This is ridiculously slow. Messaged multiple moderators. It has been a week and the messages still shows unread by them. No reply at all.
What can I do now?

This is a common issue. You should private message a moderator, they will be able to fix it for you.
