Hi there,
I changed my plan before topping up this month. I made a successful payment, see all changes reflected on my account page, etc. but now I can't make any calls or text or anything.
When I try to place any call, even a local one with a +1 extension added to the contact, I get an automated message saying I don't have a long distance plan, even though my current plan includes unlimited calling across Canada AND to the US.
Can someone please help me get this sorted ASAP?

Sounds like you hit a snag with the self serve portal - it does happen on occasion. You will need a moderator to have a look at your account and make the necessary changes on the back end.
Send them a private message and provide them with your name, account number and an explanation of the issue and they will be able to look into the matter for you.
