Changed plan, paid with credit card, account suspended

HI All,

 

My previous plan was expiring Nov 19 so I opted to change the plan to a more expensive one. The new base plan was supposed to go into effect Nov 20. The money I paid for the new plan is showing on my balance.....but no phone service.
