I changed the card on my account but now it is acting like it is still now paid. How do I get it to process immediately?

yes, after you change in subscription, you lost your old one , and you can only change based on what available now.

Never mind. It was supposed to renew today and couldn't because the old card was still in place. I changed the card and changed the subscription to the $32 one... and just realized they have now cancelled my old subscription and I lost the ability to choose the $32 plan. However, I reactivated the old one so that will have to do for now.
