Does somebody want to know a few numbers?
As the order numbers are subsequent I can say that between my sim card order on July 27 and my sim card order on August 4, meaning within 8 days, PM has shipped out about 1300 sim cards to potential new customers... Way to go PM.

Indeed. They may also share a set of order numbers with others, depending how the SIM cards are fulfilled. IE if they are direct-shipped from a supplier, they may ship SIM cards for a number of providers and not just PM. Even if they are shipped internally, order numbers could be shared across Telus, PM, Koodo, and more than just SIM cards (in the case of the other two especially).
EDIT this is purely speculation--as an Oracle, I have no particular knowledge of the SIM card fulfillment process.

It doesn't mean what you think it means. For example my card number is about 55,000 higher than a card my friend ordered a month later. Also I think the last digit is a check-digit. So they may have shipped 130 cards or 13,000 cards. Your dataset is too small to draw any useufl conclusions.
