My plan was supposed to change this month, but it has not. I am supposed to have 15GB at 4G but right now I have 5GB at 3G. My data also says that I've used 4.5GB/5GB, but the monthly plan just begun 2 days ago so it is not possible. How do I fix this?

@Maeghanw hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in an see if it clears up

it could be just browser cache issue
Please try login My Account again, but this time, please use incognito mode, this will force to get the latest info from the server and you should see the correct plan and usage then

You are looking at a cached version. Clear your browser cache and go incognito for self service.
