a week and a half ago I switched my plan and now I can’t top up. I was able to add $10 to my balance through my bank card, but I can’t do anything else. My amount due says $0.00 even if I click make payment. What do I do? I can’t afford to switch back to $50.00 due to workloss but I need to have a phone to find a job. I’m panicking very hard over it, does anyone know how to fix it

@Jayde_dawn Load the Textnow app for free calling/texting on wifi. Useful as a backup even after PM service is restored.

@Jayde_dawn Does your phone work?

I thought services worked until an account says "Suspended", but the messaging may have changed.

@Jayde_dawn   You may also need to clear your cache/cookies and try a different browser using incognito/private mode too.

IItIt almost looks like you may be caught mid renewal cycle @Jayde_dawn . We're you charged for the renewal on March 9? Could you please check to see if this happened? Thanks.

Try the lost/stolen trick to see if it reactivated your service.  From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.

It seems weird that it is saying the amount due is $0.00 when you should be owing the $25. I would put in a ticket for a moderator to help with this.  In the meantime, Have you tried to sign-out and back into you account?  Perhaps that will help to refresh the page and allow you to make a top up.

@Jayde_dawn you may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.

Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.

2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and  amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.

4. Restart your phone.
or You can also use 611 to make your payment.:
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.

4. Restart your phone.

Let us know if it works. Thanks

@Jayde_dawn   If you have a CC on file, then try dialling 611 to make a payment, otherwise you could purchase a voucher from a convenience, gas store,  or retailer and use 611 to add your payment.

Edit:  You can try to make a one time payment by inputting the exact amount, $15 from the Payment tab.  It should allow you to top up that way.
