Recently switched plans and now phone wont call or text.

Resolved!

 

Apparently due to a system issue, renewal didn't go through properly. A quick reset by support and good to go.

I changed the plan a few days ago, and yes it shows in self serve account. Restarted the phone several times already.

@verbob Check if your plan change went through correctly by logging into your self-serve account. If it did, try turning airplane mode on/off or try rebooting your phone.
