I changed my number then removed old number when it said I would receive notice by eversafe still no notice and new number works but says old number on sim

tyvm i never got new sim tried on old sim but i guess eversafe said they would contact but never did everything works just old number on my phone maybe need new sim

HI @webspy2023 you picked a new number using My Account or app?
try reboot the phone once and it should now has the new phone number. Test and make sure both inbound and outbound calls work with that new number

@webspy2023 did you go into your Public Mobile account (app or browser) and go to "Account" and then update your SIM number under "Change Your SIM card"?
