Hi, 

 

I have the $34 50GB data within US and Canada plan but want to change to the $29 20GB US-Canada-Mexico. 
I can’t find the option on the app to change. I’ve submitted 2 tickets and has been a week but no response. 
 Hope someone can help.

FYI, unless you get a very nice CSA, most CSAs will not do the switch manually from a higher priced plan to lower priced plan for existing customers.  YMMV.  

If you really want the Mexico roaming, you should see the $35 version of the promo plan in your self serve account.
