How do I change my self-serve email?

Only a CS Agent can change your existing email address. Just click on the SIMon chat button and type in Create a Ticket for the to help you. 
You will need your security PIN, email address, phone number etc.

There is no way to change it yourself. You have to open a ticket with CSR and have CSR to change it for you.
