Hi I currently renewed my old plan 81per90days talk and text plan. Because I am on the autopay. Then I found the talk only plan. Is that possible to start the new plan right now and get the difference as credit? I saw my next renewal circle will be January 2018

Yes, the moderators can help you with that. I had a similar issue in the past and Shazia changed it to the plan that I needed. However, the plan that I needed was more expensive than the one that I got rid off. So I paid a little extra. I believe something like this can be worked out.

Since Public Mobile is a prepaid service, they usually don't offer refunds.
But you can try sending private message to the Moderator_Team with your accounts details and an explanation to see what they say.

Because PM is a prepaid service, there are generally no refunds. However, seeing as your renewal date is in January, that means you probably just renewed your plan. Perhaps if you ask nicely, the moderators can do something for you if you're not far into the new cycle.
