I just transferred myself and my wife and 2 kids to the 34/month plan 30 gigs and a few days later they are offering 50 gigs for same price . Do I have to buy all new SIM cards? They won't let me upgrade on the app and all I get is the 404 error code on the ticket system which is a joke as well . At least before they had live chat now even submitting a ticket is too hard for these guys

That plan is available for new activations only. Your best bet is to send a message to customer service @CS_Agent . They may be able to help you but you may also get denied.
