Hello,
I just took 2 new plans yesterday
I had them both incorrectly assigned as $10/month, I would like to change it to the $40/month ULC and Data promotion, since i have already paid $10 would like to use that as part of the plan payments, I cnnot do that from selfserve.

@ivanfernandes message the mods with details of what you want. There is a 24-36 hour delay though.
If it was me and if the time lines don't work I would simply do an immideate plan change and ask the mods to credit as available fubds you the costs of the 10$ plan. They are pretty good with goodwill. But it's not guaranteed.

1. You should remove your phone numbers, this is a public forum.
2. You should send private messages to the Moderator Team to change your plan. Normally you can't change without having to pay again, but the Moderator Team usually accommodates changes for new customers.
