My old plan cycle is Nov 7 to Dec 7. The payment has been charged through my credit card on Nov 6. I changed the plan to the 15G and paid another $40 today. Am I getting the credit for what I was just charged for the old plan on Nov 6?

Are you using the phone to access your PM account ?
I'm not familiar what it looks like using your cell phone to select your plan change...I've only used laptop.
BTW...whenever logging in to your account...always use incognito mode (for the time being anyhow).

Using laptop, you should see something like such...

Another thing i noticed is that when changing the plan there is no option to "Change at next Pay Cycle". There is only "Change Plan Now" or "Keep Current Plan".

You were given the option to chose Change plan now OR Change at next renewal.
I'd be surprised if they gave any credit for your old plan...don't be bummed if your request is denied.

Yes do as instructed by @hTideGnow. Given the downtime of our self serve accounts due to the system outage on November 4th and 5th it left precious little time for you to make the change yourself before your renewal. Good Luck!

HI @mzou you should not pick "Change plan now" on the 2nd day of your cycle.
the usual answer to your question is NO, PM likely won't do much. Change plan now means PM will charge your new plan immediately and no partial refund for unused portion of your old plan (there was a warning to confirm your choice and you did press yes to go ahead)
But since only 2nd day and was done by mistake, open ticket with CS agent and ask and hope they can do something
Please open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
