Here is the help article on changing plans:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/change-your-plan
You can either change plan at next renewal or immediately. If immediate, you will lose whatever is remaining in original plan. PM does not pro-rate plans.
If you run out of data earlier, you can either change plans immediately to a plan (lose whatever is remaining) or contact moderator to renew same plan earlier.
If you just need some extra data, you can buy a data add on. 1 GB for $15. Unused data will roll over to next month.

@sarahsue86 before selecting and applying a plan make sure to manually add the funds into your account in the amount of the plan you would like to change.
if you don't do this you will be in for a rude awakening

Hello @sarahsue86 ,
Absolutely!
One of the perks with Public Mobile change you plan as your needs require.
Go into your SELF SERVE to go to "Change Plan".
EDIT: recommended that you choose the "Change at next renewal date" so that you don't lose out on any funds you already paid in your current cycle.
Change as often as you want. It will only charge you when your renewal begins.

yes.. very easy to change.. just go to My Account and Change Plan.
You can change it back to lower price plan if it doesn't work out
I think the $35 for 2.5 GB is a decent buy.. $40 is not bad..
but anything above $40.. you might want to shop around a bit .. Other providers can have better plan for $40 and above
