Change plan to $40 15GB from $40 5GB.

Hi,

I am currently on a $40 plan for 5 GB 4G data. Also, I do have a promotional offer for 12 months with additional 12 GB data.

If I change my plan to $40 for 15 GB 4G data, do I lose my promotional offer of 12 GB additional data for 12 months? Or will that still continue if I change the plan.

Yes, you cannot combine two offers. I believe $40/15GB forever is better than any additional data.

@Anay_D15 , I’d say do the switch the extra 12 gb is for only so long the 15gb for $40 is permanent so I think this is better value over the long run

Yes, you'll lose that promotion with a  switch to a different plan.
