How do I change my plan? The account page does not have a way to do that.

Not quite getting......
"$15 requires lots of effort to make sure not over"
Yes the $25 plan is a reasonable plan but it depends on your budget....$10 is a big difference in plan price if you don't need the extra 750mb of data or really need the unlimited outgoing calls.
If it's just the calling minutes is needed the extra $10 buys 2×$5/500min add ons. The vast majority of customers do not make 1100 minutes of outgoing calling....that's over 18 hours of talk time! With just one $5/500min add on it gives the user 10 hours of outgoing talk time. Anything over 100 minutes that's not used will carry over to the next 30 days of service.
If on average only an extra 125 minutes are used per 30 days it will only add $1.25 per 30 day cycle or and $15 per year (360 days) rather than paying an extra $120 a year (360 days).
If it's data that's needed then one has to consider how much data they need? Do you pay $10 more per 30 days for 750mb more data? If you add the $15/1gb data add on you pay $30/30 days ($15 plan+$15/1gb) but you get 1.25gb of data and anything not used over 250mb will carry over to the next 30 days of service.
Depending on when the account was activated.....the customer may be on the points program. They may also be earning 3×points. If so redeeming points for data is 10pts/1gb=$10. That would give the customer the equivalent of the $25 plan but with 1.25gb of data with 1gb as roll over data. If they only use on average 500mb of data per 30 days the cost per 30 days will be $18.75 ($15/1gb÷4=$3.75) or when redeeming points $17.50 ($10/10pts/1gb÷4=$2.50) saving the customer between $6.25 and $7.50 per 30 days or $25 to $30 per 120 days or $75 to $90 per year (360 days). That makes a considerable difference when on a tight budget.
Using the above averages a $20/30 day plan would have 500mb of data and 225 outgoing minutes. If you check your account once a month (to make a top up payment?) it's not difficult to check your add on usage and purchase or redeem points to add another add on if one or both add ons are running low.

This was just right. Done. I'd never have gotten there on my own. Thank you.

Why do you want to change plans? The the unlimited calling? The 1gb of data? Both?

Log into self service and choose the Plan & Add-Ons tab. Then choose change plans. With 3G selected scroll down using the arrows until you see the $25 plan. Choose change plan on next renewal date as you will not get any credit for your current plan.

@edmalyn Login to your account using a browser in incognito mode first. Then click on change plan button.
Try logging into your account using a computer instead of your mobile phone. Sometimes it makes a difference.
