hi tech support team,
We've recently moved from Ontario to New Brunswick. Question is, do I need to change my SIM card and phone number?

you can keep the same number and sim card if you like
even you want to change number, you will stay with the same sim. Just login My Account and go to Profile and change number by clicking on the pencil besides phone number

You can keep the existing SIM in your phone and use the current phone number.
The taxes are based on the area code so if you want a NB number. Just login to your a account then to Account tab>Change Phone Number and pick one with a NB area code. You can change your number 4 times/month.
I am in BC so I don’t know what the difference in taxes back east.
I think the taxes in Ont are cheaper.
