Change name on profile

I have been using my nickname in my account but now i need to change it to my real name so I can get my phone bill printed. I changed it on my account profile but the printed phone bill still has my nickname on it. Urgent help plz!

To be certain, @LexiL , did you approve the profile change by entering the 6-digit code sent via SMS or e-mail?

 

Try it again to be sure the change took effect.

 

Then clear cache and cookies and log in again.

@LexiL try again using Incognito mode and see if it works

 

The invoice you see does not include tax anyway and cannot really used it for anything official.  

 

If you need proper invoice with tax and proper name, maybe open ticket with Pm support and also them to prepare 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
