I want to go back to my 250MB subscription but when I look at all the subscriptions options it isn't there...

If you currently have higher plan most likely you will NOT be able to downgrade as PM decided downgrades are not worth money for them.

If you cannot see that plan when you log in - it is not available to you no matter how many tickets you open.

@Suzanne_126 I think you will find that the $15 plan in Quebec now says for new activations only. If you don't see it in your app as an option , it isn't available to you. PM has made it near impossible to downsize to a cheaper plan. Lots of complaints about their new model. If CS won't change it for you, only option is to leave to a different provider then come back (giving up any points etc you may have accumulated).

@Suzanne_126   That $15 no longer exists except in Quebec and lately Public Mobile only allows you to change to plans you see in your account when you log in and view change subscription.  If you don't mind paying $100 up front for a year ($8.33 a month) Telus has a promo with unlimited Canada calls, texting and 2GB data for a year.  You need to enter the promo code on their website.  After a year it reverts to 400 + 400 and no data but you might find something better then.
