I updated my home address but it didn't work. How does Public Mobile approve changing my home address?

Your address does not matter to PM. You pay taxes on your PM bill based on your area code and not actual home address.
Meaning you can live in ON but have phone's area code from province with less taxes. It might be awkward to give such number to your acquaintances but if you are desperate to save a buck or two it is possible.

@Tu Check again incognito or private mode may be a cache issue

Go to My Account's Profile Page, click on the Penci besides Account Name, then you can update the name/address/alternate number there (or use direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/edit/account-info)
You can update the address on the next screen. I suggest you to just type the beginning part of the address and then let the auto complete the lookup for you (or click the Search/locate icon on the far left of the box)
if you have an apartment number, type like this "101-21 street name" and let the auto complete the lookup for you

I did. I saved changes but when I review my profile, it still shows the old address 😞

First of all, that address doesn't really matter for anything around here. So, it's an auto-complete field. Try variations of your address. If you have a unit number then use ###-### no spaces. Build the address until it pops out below and you can select that one. Just entering an address free-form isn't guaranteed to work.
