I need to change my email on my account. I no longer use it. Can you please tell me exactly what to do. Simon is not the most helpful.

I am thining that too.  For those who can still access My Account, they should have a feature to change it themselves

Plese direct members to be using the chatbot.  Sending a private message without first opening a ticket using the chatbot results in the customer receiving slower service.
