Hi there, I would like to change my expired plan but am unable to do so. Who can help me make this change?

@scidec, as already mentioned the only way is to seek moderator help to change plans on an expired account. Given the chaos this morning with the calling outage, it may be wise to simply get the service up and running with the existing plan and then ask the moderators to do a plan change. I am sure they will understand and do a back date for you. They are reasonable and flexible.
