Change email on self serve account

I have finally been able to get into my self serve account, discovering my old email address is still in there. I have tried to edit my profile to update email but there is no place to change email address. Submitted a ticket for help but it sends emails to old email address


I thought you said you had submitted a ticket. All of that communication will happen here...not email. Don't reply to any email notifications from here. You need to come back in here and communicate in private messaging.

@Ngeddes   You can only change the email by yourself for the community account.  For self serve account email change, you'll need to submit at ticket or message to customer support.

@Ngeddes   unfortunately only PM support can assist with changing email address used on My Account, please open ticket with them:


1. If you have access to My account: At

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Excellent news. Communication with support will be here in private messaging. Not out in email world. (even though it seems like it's a lot like email)
