Hello, I recent purchased a phone online and it’s being sent to my home but I have the wrong email there. I need it to be corrected.

Only customer support can change the self serve email. Customers can change their community account email in their profile but they need to remember to verify it if they want any possible community rewards to be applied.
If you ordered a phone during the recent $30 ($5×6 months) promotion then the only option to recieve the credit would be to either change your self serve email to the one used for the phone order thru customer support or activate with the phone order email. What is the concern w8th the email address used? Or did you make an error on the shipping address?

If a real set of eyes is involved, hopefully they will pick up on the typo and all will be well as far as any notifications you get about your order.
