Change email for self serve

Hello

How would I change the email I use to login to self serve? I am not seeing an option to do so. Thank you.

If contacting a moderator didn't work then try contacting them directly. I hope all works out for you.

@danduf1981 click on the? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator    check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

tried SIMON. it kept giving me a 404 error. Not very helpful. I just sent a message to them. Thanks everyone.

@danduf1981 Mods will help you to change it. Create a ticket with SIMON through ? on bottom right of the page. Nowadays, moderators reply pretty fast, within 24 hours instead of official 72.

@danduf1981 you have to contact the moderators to do it for you. You should try to use the same one as your community account.  That way any community rewards are automatically credited. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  Stay safe.
