I have moved to gmail from telus.net. How do I register that change so I can access my account and pay my bill?

You have to get in touch with customer support. You can use the link that the other members have given. If you are suspended like I was you have to answer a bunch of verification questions first. While I was doing that though my mom figured out that she could pay with her credit card through 611.

Are you currently suspended? Thus you cannot get to either the SMS text verification code or the one sent to your email? You can contact customer support here is a shortcut through Simon.
Alternatively you can pay by voucher or if you know your 4 digit account pin you can pay through 611 with your credit card on file. Have a read of this post for more info....

contact PM support team by private message > CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
also change the community email address by yourself My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,

@Derrick43 you already have a My Account setup and just need to change the email address to login? In such case, you will need to open ticket with PM Support and they will help:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
