Very easy to do. Just log in and follow these steps.
Go to Profile

Then click on Manage EverSafe ID

Then click on the arrow at the end of your email address and change it on the next page.

hi @Laura4077 you can update the email yourself
Still login using the old email address and receive the 2FA code on your phone as usual
Once logged in, got to Profile, click Manage EverSafe ID and then update the email yourself
of course, if that does not work, CS agent can help. Please submit ticket here

To change your email address log into you account and click on My Profile. You will see Manage Eversafe ID. The current email address is there. Click on the pencil click and update and save.
