I am trying to update my email address. The email that is associated with my account is deactivated. Every time I try to update it is tries to send a code to the old email address. Is there a way to update your email without having the code be sent to an old email address?

@Will_kin Even though the email address is deactivated it should still work for signing in to your account since it is basically just a user ID. Once in your account then you can change the email address in your Eversafe Profile to the email you want the code sent to in future.

@Will_kin You should be able to do this in your account . Go to profile page and then tap manage eversafe ID . There you should be able to change the email . Or you can get support to change it for you if your having issues

If you log in it should give you an option to send the code to your phone number instead. Once you sign onto My Account then click drop arrow and click Profile, Manage EverSafe ID and there you can change your email address.
