Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to change the account email. Basically my wife uses public mobile and there is a problem with the professional email she used for her subscription. We want to change it to her personal email.
We've tried reaching out to customer support but in vain.

You can easily change it yourself. Just login to your account then go to Profile section>Manage Eversafe ID>Email address.

Yes, it's very easy to do. Just sign in to her Public Mobile account and go to Profile. On the right hand side you'll see a way to change the email address. Give me a moment and I'l give you details how.
Log into account, the go to profile.
You can change it there.
Next page, edit email address.
